Securing High Quality Raw Materials

Since August 1999, we have secured high-quality raw materials by stating the harvesting place and time of all raw materials that we use. We have established the agreements with our importing partners in compliance with the GMP I, “Regulations for Import, Sales and Quality Control of Drugs and Quasi Drugs”, on such issues as validation for GMP control (manufacturing record and operating conditions), study report (operating standards), and importing method, etc. Every item that we purchases is under the restrict quality control.

Within the Quality Control department, we conduct tests on medicinal plant ingredients at every important checking point from the formation of crude herbal material, in-process product to final product with the cutting edge analytical techniques and instruments.

Quality specifications of products are strictly set up at the development stage by examining crude herbal samples from various lots. Furthermore, in light of assuring the quality, we keep improving our system that certify the quality of final products by teaming up with the Production Department and validating products at each important manufacturing process. We target on further improvement of our system to assure the quality, and maintain the consistency of  manufacturing high quality products from inconsistent crude herbal materials.
